The story of why we make mini meatballs

As a result, both of our mini meatball varieties—Grass-Fed Beef Mini Meatballs and Pastured Chicken Mini Meatballs—are sourced from high-welfare animals living and eating as nature intended.
Our beef meatballs are made exclusively from 100% free range, 100% grass-fed and grass-finished cattle, raised in open pastures. The beef undergoes organic-only processing from start to finish, with no genetically modified material, antibiotics, added hormones, or feedlots at any point in their lives.
Likewise, our chicken meatballs are sourced from pastured, heritage breed birds raised on GAP-4 certified farms—an audit-verified labeling program assuring humane living conditions and high welfare standards. Along with producing meat with superior nutrition, the birds' slow-growth genetics support high quality of life for the birds themselves, due to better bone development and stronger immunity.
Our meatballs are made from a deliberately minimal ingredient list, composed only of meat and salt. Not only does this maximize the meatballs’ versatility, it also makes them accessible to individuals with nearly any dietary restriction or nutrition preference. By being free from fillers, binders, preservatives, gluten, dairy, grains, legumes, soy, eggs, nuts, nightshades, and other common allergens, almost anyone—regardless of their particular needs—can enjoy the convenience of these meatballs.
Rather than conventional cans, we pack our meatballs in BPA-free pouches that use significantly less material weight and energy during production and shipping. Along with reducing environmental impact, this helps maximize convenience and portability, especially compared to bulkier and heavier canned meat.
