Southwest-Style Chicken Soup
Ready To Eat, Gluten Free, Grain Free, Paleo, Whole30 Approved, Pastured Chicken
True Primal Southwest-Style Chicken Soup is just the good stuff, with 25 grams of protein per pouch. We pack as much real food as we can into each pouch, so it's loaded with chicken and veggies.
We also add extra beef gelatin to the broth, both for the nutritional value and to enhance the feel of the soup. Gelatin contains collagen, which is one of the materials that make up cartilage and bone. Gelatin is also a rich source of the amino acid glycine, important to many metabolic and healing pathways in the human body.

What are people saying about us?
"People are sometimes surprised to hear that my favorite meal is soup. Yes, soup. If I were facing my last meal on Death Row...Yea, soup. I don't really have a favorite soup, I love soup in general, but am head over heels for True Primal’s new soups. In addition to being delicious, they have a fantastic macro profile and the ingredient list is squeaky clean, and if you can heat water, you can prepare these!"
— Robb Wolf, a former research biochemist, co-founder of DrinkLMNT Electrolytes, and 2X New York Times/Wall Street Journal best-selling author of The Paleo Solution and Wired to Eat. Along with Diana Rodgers, he co-authored the book Sacred Cow.
"I can't get enough of this nourishing soup made with top-quality ingredients that tastes fantastic and is as easy as heat and serve! I love that True Primal packs their delicious soups with nutrient-dense vegetables, herbs, and spices, balanced with quality protein like grass-fed beef and pastured chicken in a wholesome bone broth."
— Dr. Sarah Ballantyne, PhD, New York Times bestselling author Nutrivore
"You can find me where convenience meets nourishment! Great variety, great flavors, the whole family loves them, and True Primal is a darn great company to boot. I don't think I'll ever be without these soups again!"
— Liz Wolfe, NTP, CPT, Wall Street Journal Best Selling Author of Eat the Yolks
"I am always on the hunt for convenient, healthy foods. When I first stumbled across True Primal soups, I thought it was too good to be true! Packed with protein, a healthy amount of fat and carbs and so many flavor options to choose from. Once I tried the soups, they exceeded my expectations. These soups are flavorful and delicious. And now Whole30 Approved, these soups are a staple in my home and my office."
— Rachel Lucas, Owner of Fueling Strong, NASM / FMS personal trainer, PN, NTA and Whole30 Certified® nutrition coach
"True Primal's new Souper Chicken Variety Pack has been a runaway hit in our house! My husband uses them as high-protein mini-meals. I use them as easy dinners when I want to eat light and go to bed early with a happy belly. My son loves them for breakfast— they're chock full of veggies and hearty enough to keep him full until lunch. We always have a few packages in our pantry!"
— Melissa Urban, Whole30 co-founder and CEO
"I love the new chicken soups. They're perfect for low-carb/high protein and paleo diets, but even if you're not on any particular diet, they're worth trying just because they're delicious. My never-been-on-a-diet daughter enjoyed them as much as I did."
